Welcome to NORA’s WebGrants portal! This web-based portal allows users to review and apply to open funding opportunities, monitor your application statuses, submit required grant or award documents, communicate with NORA program staff, and so much more! 

WebGrants Access

If you already have a valid NORA WebGrants User ID and Password, you do not need to register again. Your existing credentials can be used to access and apply for any open funding opportunity.

Registration & New Registration Approval

New users must register before applying for funding opportunities. Registrations will be approved within 2 business days after submission. Click here for new user registration instructions. 

Completing & Submitting Applications to Available Funding Opportunities

Once you receive an approval email, you may begin completing your application. Click here for instructions on how to complete and submit an application.

Forgot Your User ID

If you need to retrieve your User ID, click ‘Forgot User ID’ and follow the instructions.
